1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Three Dee Farm's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Platform Overview

Three Dee Farm is an online marketplace that connects 3D designers, makers (3D printer owners), and clients within the United States. The platform facilitates:

Purchase and sale of 3D model designs
3D printing services
Project bidding and fulfillment
Secure payment processing

3. User Accounts and Roles

3.1 Account Types

Clients: Can browse and purchase designs, request prints, and post projects
Designers: Can sell 3D models and bid on design projects
Makers: Can provide printing services and bid on printing projects

3.2 Account Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years of age
Users must be located in the United States
Users must provide accurate and current information
Users are responsible for maintaining account security
Commercial accounts must comply with applicable business regulations
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations within their respective jurisdictions

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Subscription Tiers

Basic Creator - $9.99/month or $99.99/year

Personal storefront
Up to 10 product listings
Standard transaction fees

Pro Creator - $29.99/month or $299.99/year

All Basic Creator features
Unlimited storefront product listings
Reduced transaction fees
Access to instant payouts (subject to 3% fee)
Highlight external shops and channels (Etsy, Thangs, Thingiverse, etc.)

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Transaction Fees

All transactions are subject to platform fees based on subscription level:

Standard Transaction Fees (Basic Creator and non-subscribed users)
Pro Creator Transaction Fees (reduced rates for Pro Creator subscribers)
Instant payout fee of 3% (Pro Creator feature)
Minimum transaction amount: $25.00

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. Users must comply with Stripe's terms of service and policies.

5.3 Maximum Transaction Price Limitations

To protect the integrity of the platform and minimize the risk of disputes, refunds, and chargebacks, Three Dee Farm implements a tiered maximum transaction price structure based on transaction volume. These limits apply to the following:

Maximum budget that clients can set for a project
Maximum bid amount that makers or designers can set and charge on a project (to include shipping costs)
Maximum price that subscribed makers or designers can charge on a storefront item (to include shipping costs)

The following tiered structure applies:

Tier 1: (0-5 completed transactions)

Max project budget: $250
Max bid amount: $250
Max storefront item price: $200

Tier 2: (6-15 completed transactions)

Max project budget: $750
Max bid amount: $750
Max storefront item price: $600

Tier 3: (16-30 completed transactions)

Max project budget: $2,000
Max bid amount: $2,000
Max storefront item price: $1,500

Tier 4: (31-50 completed transactions)

Max project budget: $5,000
Max bid amount: $5,000
Max storefront item price: $4,000

Tier 5: (51+ completed transactions)

Max project budget: $10,000
Max bid amount: $10,000
Max storefront item price: $8,000

Users may request a manual review to achieve higher maximum transaction price limits ahead of the schedule by contacting our support team. However, please note that a manual review does not guarantee approval for higher limits. All manual reviews are conducted at Three Dee Farm's discretion based on account history, verification status, and other risk factors.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 User Content

Users retain ownership of their original content
Users grant Three Dee Farm license to display and process their content
Users must respect intellectual property rights

6.2 Prohibited Content

Users may not upload or sell:

Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Illegal or prohibited items
Harmful or malicious designs

7. User Obligations

7.1 Designers and Makers

Must provide accurate descriptions of products and services
Must fulfill orders within stated timeframes
Must maintain quality standards
Must communicate professionally with clients

7.2 Clients

Must provide clear project requirements
Must pay for services as agreed
Must communicate professionally with service providers

8. Platform Policies

8.1 Quality Control

Three Dee Farm reserves the right to review all content
We may remove content that violates our policies
We may suspend accounts for policy violations

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Users agree to attempt resolution through our support system
Three Dee Farm may mediate disputes between users
We reserve the right to make final decisions on disputes

9. Termination

Three Dee Farm reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for:

Violation of these terms
Fraudulent activity
Harmful behavior to the platform or other users
Non-payment of fees

10. Limitations of Liability

Three Dee Farm is not liable for:

Quality of user-provided services or products
Disputes between users
Technical issues outside our control
Indirect or consequential damages
User compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction

11. Changes to Terms

Three Dee Farm reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Hanover County, Virginia.
